We went to the air show that is being held on the Air Force base here. There were tons of planes that you could do a sort of walk through tour of. We went in this one but it was packed full of people. I mean we were like sardines in a tin can! It was so hot I had to get out of it before we even made it to the cockpit. I can't even imagine being inside it for hours flying somewhere! Of course there were parachutists, stunt pilots, etc., etc. The highlight for me was the F-16! Talk about SPEED!! WOW! It was also so loud that when it flew by/overhead it felt like the ground was rumbling below us! All in all it was a pretty great day. After a week of storms and rain it was a greatly appreciated warm and sunny day!
