All the years I've taken these I have yet to see the "rapid weight loss"! But the energy boost is good, lol.

I'm kinda glad this ABC thing is over and done with. A few times I just wanted to quit so I am extremely glad that I stuck it out and completed it. Only 331 more days to go. WhooHoo!!
